Natural ingredients may vary slightly in colour, scent or texture from batch to batch.

All prices are in GBP and may change without notice.
Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed.
Payments are handled securely through our trusted payment partners.

6. Allergy Advice

Our products contain natural oils, butters, plant extracts and essential oils in low concentrations. If you know you have very sensitive or reactive skin, please check the ingredient list and carry out a patch test before use. If any irritation occurs, stop using the product and speak to your healthcare team, especially if your skin is changing during or after cancer treatment.

7. Use of Products

Customers are responsible for using products appropriately and storing them correctly.
Brave Crab is not responsible for issues arising from misuse or individual sensitivities.

8. Liability

We take care to keep all product information and website details accurate and up to date, but occasionally small errors or interruptions can happen. We can’t guarantee the website will always be free from mistakes or technical issues.

Brave Crab isn’t responsible for losses caused by circumstances outside our control or for indirect or consequential losses. These Terms & Conditions don’t affect your rights under UK consumer law — you still have all the protections you are legally entitled to when you shop online.

We may refuse or cancel an order if payment fails, products are out of stock, information is incorrect, or fraud is suspected. Any payment taken will be refunded.
