Shipping
- All orders are sent via a tracked postal service for your peace of mind. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
- I aim to dispatch orders within 1 working day of receiving your order.
- Delivery times may vary by location, but most UK orders arrive within 2–4 working days.
Returns
Faulty or Damaged Items:
- If your product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact me within 14 days of delivery.
- I’ll provide a prepaid tracked return label so you can return the item at no cost to you.
- Once the item has been received and inspected, I’ll offer either a replacement or a full refund.
Unopened Products:
- Unopened products in their original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Please contact me before returning any item so I can guide you through the process.
- Return postage costs for non-faulty items are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
How to Return an Item:
- Email info@bravecrab.co.uk with your order number and details of the item you wish to return.
- I’ll provide instructions and, where applicable, a tracked return label.
- Once the return has been received and inspected, I’ll process your refund or replacement.
Opened Products:
- For hygiene and safety reasons, opened products cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
- If you’re unsure whether a product is suitable for your needs, I’m always happy to provide guidance before purchase.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.
- Approved refunds are typically processed within 5 working days.
- Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to complete the transaction.
